NEET is an abbreviation for National Eligibility and Entrance Test. It is a medical entrance exam administered by the NTA (National Testing Agency) for candidates who wish to pursue undergraduate medical programmes after graduating from high school. To qualify and seek admission to medical universities, students must meet the NEET cut-off (which varies from year to year).
